terms:
1. Palace Echo aim to fulfill all orders within 7 working days, however 21 days is the most you should expect to wait (to allow for staff holidays and ordering in of stock).
2. Postage will be by second class/parcel post in UK (delivery between 3-7 working days), Surface Mail overseas (delivery can take up to three months), unless otherwise stated. Items to be sent locally to Palace Echo may also be delivered by hand.
3. All personal data passed to us will be kept strictly confidential and not used for any other purposes.
4. We reserve the right to deduct P+P costs from returned/unwanted items, where the reason for the return is not due the fault of our staff.

additional terms for subscribers:
1. Palace Echo maintain the Subscribers database, however it maybe neccessary to contract an external mailing agency to operate this service from time to time. In that event, Palace Echo warrant that full confidentiality of personal data will be maintained.
2. We aim to send Subscriber copies within 7 working days of publication.
3. Postage will be by second class in UK. Overseas subscribers are a choice between Surface or Air Mail. Surface mail can take up to 3 months, AirMail is usually a maximum of a fortnight. Copies to be sent locally to Palace Echo may also be delivered by hand.
4. When a subscription renewal is received to commence from a specific issue after the posting date for that issue, it will be sent together with the next issue.
